also have a usb headset (plantronics) has its own build in soundcard.
i'm trying to have main music coe through speakers , and preview songs come out the usb headset
no matter what setting i change or try in vdj i cant get this to work , i seem to get the main sound out of my speaker and headphones.
anyone know what settings exactlly will make this work , no other inputs or anything
under sound setup ,
input = none
putputs = headphones
soundcard= 2 cards
soundcard= primary
second card = usb audio device
when i try this.
deck1 comes through speakers and preview coems through usb which is what i need
but if i play a song on deck 2 it comes through my usb headset *(
been trying for about an hour now and same results.

Try loading the "internal mixer" skin.
That skin gives you 2 PFL buttons in the center of mixer section.
Use the buttons to select which deck your headphones are monitoring.
