Is there any way that some one can send me the echo out plugin, that all i need to be able to mix some songs out.

I'm sorry, but you're allowed only to download those plugins available for Home Edition users. As for advanced effects, you must own the Professional version of the software, which also gives you the opportunity to receive more support and the latest version of VirtualDJ, upgradeable with no additional money. What an opportunity ;-D
