Did you guys ever think of porting this great program to work on a game console? The consoles are powerfull enough to run this program. Since the consoles are a closed system the program may be even more stable than the pc/mac version, and this may be a way to get your program to more and diverse population. A club may like this setup since the consoles output hi def images. Just a tought.

They run on a form of linux so if VDJ was linux in theory it might just work.

Not to digress, but the Xbox360 and PS3 are capable of running Linux, they do not use a form of Linux as their OS.

Xbox OS is a custom, ground up build that uses some of the API's of the WIN32 based platform, but things like graphics are ported through an XBox flavour of DIRECT 3D...
You could try porting VDJ to XNA...but it wouldn't be a simple job.

Just hit up Sony/MS for dev kits and VOILA, you can create ports for the respective systems. Give it a shot! Get it on some BD players too! Expose a whole new generation of future DJs to your product and lead the revolution!

I know Atomix said VDJ 8 would be multi platform, but I don't think they meant games consoles!
