Topic: Screen goes blank while vdj still running

Weird experience..VDJ is running fine and all of the sudden the screen goes blank (sometimes different colors) and the computer is frozen, but the music keeps playing. I haven't really changed anything on the computer, and I don't know if it might be a corrupt .mp3 file?? Please help..

I suspect on video driver and try update DirectX to the latest version (March 2008).
Which version do you use? Do you use Vista or XP?
 
I'm using Windows XP. I just finished changing my resolution to 1024x786, i'm going to give this a try tonight.
