Topic: Karaoke Waiting List ??

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

Hey guys. I was informed that the new version of VDJ 5.0.7 has an option for a waiting list for karaoke singers where you can set the next singers and their songs ready to go. Is this correct ?? I have been toying with upgrading to the PRO version and this option will add to my reasoning for doing that. I just purchased the DJ Console RMX and also get the HUGE discount (Thanks VDJ) !! Thanks for any input you guys can give me. Thanks !!

I forgot to add this. With my purchase of the DJ Console RMX ... I get a 20 day trial period of the pro version. I checked for that option and cant seem to find it or I was thinking maybe that option doesnt come active in the demo ?? Anyone with any ideas or answers for me ?? Thanks again guys !!

I figured it out guys but thanks ... It was a Direct X issue. Thanks again !!

Hi, Im running vdj 5.1. Im wanting to know how you enabled the waiting list? Or can it be done with vdj5.1

Thanks

VirtualDJ 5.1 has a video effect named karaoke, its the list manager you are talkin about.
Just access effects > video effects and click activate.

Is this in 5.2? I see it under effects, but when I click on the work Karaoke to the left, there is nothing. No way to activate it or anything. This would be usefull because I am looking into doing karaoke and was going to purchase another program, so I want to know how to do this.

I'm using the karaoke plugin since 5.1 version, but had problems to activate cause running WinVista with DirectX 10 and the plugin needs DirectX 9 to work. However, the button activate was there, and when I clicked, it was open an error message (missing dx9 file). I found the solution on forum, and now its ok.
I don't understand why you cant see the activate button.
I'm acctually with 5.2. Why don't you download 5.2 and try it?

So does this mean I have to un-install direct x10 and install direct x9 instead???

I to have the karaoke in video but can't activate it???

This was the main reason for me buying this software as I'm fed up with using scratchy discs that jump and god knows what else.....

Ho Hum!!!!

The karaoke rotation manager needs the latest update for DirectX9.

Actually playing the karaoke files has nothing to do with DirectX. However, you do need to rip the karaoke files from the discs into their respective CDG and MP3 files then zip them together (for best performance).
