Any1 who is out there this is my story, last week i was djing @ this club and when i would go 2 open my virtual dj from my labtop it wouldnt open? So I brought the installation c.d. and like an idiot i uninstalled the virtual dj. Not that big of a deal right? Wrong, i put the installation c.d. in a diff. case so when the computer asked 4 the serial # i didn't have it. I went home and cannot find it anywhere. I don't think i threw it away, especially knowing how important it is. So I called the technical support line 2 c if i could get the serial # from them by giving proof of my purchase seeing how i bought it via amazon and they would give them the customer receipt with all the info 2 prove i purchased the mk2. The person i spoke with was pretty rude and actually hungup on me(what's up with that?)"Technical support huh" So If there is any1 who feels my pain and could help me please get @ me asap @ --@--.-- Thanks

There is nothing we at Atomix can do unless you registered it on our site.
If you did register it, contact eservice under the support tab above and it might detect you or if you have an email address that was used we can search that way.
If you contact hercules support with the console serial number they should be able to send you a new install disc with serial code.

My advice is for what it's worth: ALWAYS PURCHASE YOUR SOFTWARE FROM A LEGITIMATE SOURCE like Virtual Dj, then you have all the free tech support that is backed by the VIRTUAL DJ Company. Sometimes when "you" purchase software from another source other than the original Software company, you will get alot of head-aches.
Also, please note: that when you install updates or the same version over the original version of Virtual DJ Software it still ask's for the serial number to un-lock the application.
That's just a security feature to prevent software piracy, to which I have found it to be on most computer applications that I have purchased.
Sincerely yours,
Jeff Pino
