CAN SOMEONE HELP ME.....I JUST GOT VIRTUAL DJ 5.0 PRO FROM GUITAR CENTER ABOUT 4 HOURS AGO....I JUST TURNED ON THE COMPUTER...SO ANYWAYS I UPGRADED I HAD BOUGHT THE HERCULES RMX BUT IT CAME WITH ITS OWN VERSION OF VDJ...ANYWAYS I LOVE THE CONTROLER....BACK TO WAT I WAS SAYING...I JUST PURCHASED VDJ PRO....THE PROBLE IS THAT MY RMX IS NOT EVEN TURNING ON WITH VDJ PRO...CAN SOMEONE HELP ME....WAT DO I DO? HOW DO I ENABLE IT OR MAKE IT WORK WITH THIS PRO VERSION ....IN THE CONFIGS....IN CONTROL MENU...THEIRS NO RMX THEIR SO I CANNOT SELET IT....WAT DO I DO.....???? PLEASE HELP THANX

Install the light version, the light comes with the needed drivers.
Then install the pro just over the light. There you go

The native support for the RMX came in on rev7 and above, so can you please enter your serial number for your copy of VirtualDJ (Modify my profile) and download the latest version 5.1.

Once installed, to use the RMX click on the mk2 icon in the Remote control config, I use that as there is no RMX icon yet.

 
Virtual D.J. isn't sold at Guitar Center. You can buy Numark Cue / Virtual Vinyl.
