Are you trying to use the Herc as a ASIO soundcard? Also, if your using the trial version time codes will only work for 5 or 10 minutes I forget which.

Im not sure am I supposed to change it to asio I just leave it as the herc, yes Im using VDJ Pro, also I forgot to add sometimes I get some sound but it is really slowdown and muffled and I cant control it at all only by pressing pause on my laptop and I tryed using both the pro and consumer timecoded disc still no luck.

If it is the Pro version you really should register it.

If you set VirtualDJ to Hercules it puts the console in ASIO mode automatically. Make sure that you have Master Tempo or any similar sort of algorithms disabled on your cd deck. Would you be able to post a screenshot of your timecode setup page?

I can try to post a screenshot, does it make a differents in the setup if I register the equippment or not just dont want to have to take the time to register everything if I dont have to
