Hi there.
I would like a clarification regarding the BPM.
I know that it refers to the beats which occur in a minute time, and that it can be considered the "speed" of a song/track.
But how can the BPM of a song/track be the same from the start to the end? Some songs starts very slowly and then become very quick.
So, when I load a song/track on a deck of my console, how does Virtual DJ calculate the BPM? Does it refers to the beats which occur ,on average,in a minute time?
Regards

For tracks with BPMs that vary, VDJ tends to miss the mark somewhat. Consider it more of an average in cases like this. Nowadays with the prevalence of computer-generated beats, however, especially in the genres that the average DJ plays, BPM figures are usually very close.
