Normal iTunes DL - No
iTunes+ DL's yes.

If you download "iTunes Plus" music (without DRM), then that music will work just fine with VDJ.

the trick is to reconver your downloads to mp3's in itunes or you can burn them to disk or put them on other HD and reimport
