Hi!

If I change sound setup soundcard Hercules dj console MK2, virtualdj tell me error in sound driver. Working only 4 out cards. Hercules dj console mk2 driver installed. This one problem and two problem is master tempo. How configure master tempo but working stable? Like Advanced
complexity:?
Spatialization:?

I have the same problem after I bought the Pro Version. I have a gig coming up, we need a fix! I already started a ticket. I got it working fine but now the headphone switch doesn't work for previewing each deck, which it worked in the limited version.

Try to select in "config" the option "headphones" to "always".

Hi snmtazz, have u downloaded the recent driver for it?

That the way it works as the mk2 aggregate is the driver;)
Abt the master tempo.. what are u trying to achieve in ur set up? My suggestion is just use the default setting for it. It should work fine;)

I have updated all the drivers, I believe the latest one is from 03-21-08 5.18. Does anyone have a phone number for tech support?

Hello everybody,
I have the exact same problem, my volume for each deck now works as pitch for each deck, and the headphone knob is all fucked up, and I just tried the output and the output now responds to the headphone knobs. It's all screwed up! I have a gig tomorrow and I'm sweating my balls of.
Matt did you finally figure out how to solve the issue?

I have the exact same problem, I called the help number for Virtual DJ and they told me to install the new software but the same problem occurs. I the called them again and he told me to do a midi test and check if something was wrong with my MK2 console, but nothing was wrong. The same problem occurs. Pleas help. I have a MacBook Pro with Mac OS X 10.6.2 and run the MK2 control panel mac os x 10.6 and virtual dj 4.3.r-13.
 
Try this:

- Install Virtual DJ (the latest version available from the Download section of this site)

- Once done, install the latest DJ driver for your console (v1.77)

The order is important here: the driver should ALWAYS be installed AFTER VDJ.


Once this is done, the audio configuration menu should look like this:


- Input : None

- Output(s): Headphone

-Soundcard: 4.1 card > DJ Console
 
The problem is that it is only shown single output in the output menu.
 
Hola amigos a mi la versión virtual dj 5.2.1 para el windows 7 professsional teniendo dj consoles hwrcules mk2 mac y descargando las actualizaciones funciona bien todo en el windows 7 professional
