TCCDs it's to control de mp3's of virtual dj like you are playing with real cd players.
You have to have an ASIO 2.0 compatible soundcard and two cd players.
Burn the tccds and config VDJ to have timecoded cds.
When you drop a song to a deck in VDJ, it don't play till you press play on the cd player.
When you slow down the cd, the mp3 comes slow, and the same doing it high.

I have some issues with the timecode cd's too.
When i press play, the trax plays all good and all. When i Cue it from the CDJ, and dp the Stutter like on Normal CD's it wont go back at his Cue point... Like it should.
