You wanna get the Pioneer CDJ 800's if you want to scratch. If not, get the Numark ICDX. ICDX can control VDJ

i have the icdx's and i like them

Thanks For the advice..i will be lookin into the numark idx...so can the pioneer cant control VDJ???

Yes they can, but only by means of timecoded CD's.

YES..i was thinking of them...but the price..$800 each thats alot...but if its worth the money for myself for xmas it might be my choice...

well im gettin confused when you buy the CDJs do you have to both players seperately or do they com toghter for one price..because the pioneer costs like $800..that means im ganna get a VERY LATE XMAS GIFT..

That's each.

Over here on my side of the pond, there over £500 and that's $1000 each.

oh well..LaTE xmas gift worth it..

You may get a good discount if you buy a pair together.

Any body..anymore suggestions...YOU>>YOU>>>YOU

So what other CDjs are good for scratching??

ok well today i went to go check the CDJs at the stores..Denon 3500..not so good at scratching..Pioneer 1000...excellent at scratching..so i was lookin around and i saw the VCI 300..great product..the jog wheels to scratch are very good..you can adjust the wheel tension to light or hard..NICE..but its not worth the extra $400 just because it has a built in sound card...might as well go for the VCI 100...

hey mon... seem to have issues with controllers the same with me
I been thinking about them a lot

Vestax- 300 really looks great.. never tested it .. never seen it in action except on you tube
no one on vdj seems to know about it.. but many seemingly would have love it if it was native to vdj

The VCI -100 jog wheels etc are much smaller than the Vestax - 300... and there are quite a few more features to the 300

Remember also that with the vestax-300 and VCI - that there is no chance of using them independently without a computer

yea...i tried the vistax 300 and its good and looks nice..i would recommend it but might as well buy the VCI 100..just doesnt have the sound card..costs less...
